Bangladesh Team.
Mercy Refugees House has been working with children education at Rohingya Refugees camps since January 2018 by posting 40 teachers combining both male and female. The teachers had been teaching students in two shifts (morning and afternoon) separating grades. There were a lot of high standard books delivered to the students which include mathematics, science and English.  Afterwards, the teachers have been conducting monthly tests for the students quite successfully in order to ensure quality education.
The team working in the camp is always quite sincere to ensure proper education and learning verification process. Key Performance Indicator [KPI] System helps a lot to evaluate the excellent performers in the class. Tests were conducted with all three subjects including Mathematics, English and Science. As for example, Mohammad Taher and Abdul Hamid are two exclusive teacher-supervisors of Mercy Refugees House team are quite qualified who were graduates from Sitwee University, Myanmar. They monitor whether everyone is teaching four students separately out of forty students and all of them use masks and maintain social Distancing and whether they maintain time and take exams or home work.
They have taken this camp teaching job to a different level working extremely hard with the students so that they can learn well.  Recently, they have conducted tests at their learning center and discovered the good, better and best quality students. According to the President of Mercy Refugees House, if they get better opportunities, they will do far better than we expect.
So, we all hope to continue such great works with learning and expanding education. Nonetheless, the monitoring system is quite organized too as there are two supervisors always try to visit the classes and report the team.
