This is a short documentary directed and produced by JADE HEFFERAN CLARK that presents five personal stories from interviewees who have sought asylum or refuge in Australia. Their stories are profoundly moving. The courage and determination, the great strength, the driving love and the undying hope these five people had to have in order to undertake such challenges contrasts, and is the other side of the intense desperation, struggle, deep sadness, fear, sense of loss and the disappointment.
The documentary brings home to us, the incredible human desire that we all must possess and that drives us all to save our families and ourselves.
